WERS employs the use of WINDOW, THERM and Optics5 software that is freely available from the Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory (LBNL) website: http://windows.lbl.gov/software/
WERS uses environmental conditions that are not native to the LBNL software and results are provided to National Fenstration Rating Council (NFRC). Results are based on whole window system performance WERS window data files are supplied to Whole of House Energy Rating schemes by the WERS administrator, the Australian Window Association (AWA).
The Certified Products Directory database was last updated 1/12/2007. Any advice, recommendation, information, assistance or service provided by the AWA in relation to WERS energy performance data is based on knowledge and technical information believed to be correct at the time of delivery and is given in good faith.
The AWA does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any WERS related matters. Products authorised for certification and their manufacturers are listed in the WERS Certified Products Directory on www.wers.net
